Things to know:

Your first class 
Arrive at least five minutes early before your first class. Beginners can join our Reform Body classes. You will be given options to suit your level.

Reform 40
Shorter, mixed level 40 minute lunchtime class

Grip Socks
are required to Reform to reduce the risk of slipping.  You can purchase these for £5 from the store on this website or with cash at class. 

Location 
Studio Flow is located down a small driveway between COPAH Studios & Aldi.

Parking 
We have no allocated parking. There is nearby street parking or paid parking at Holliers Walk car park nearby. Please note if you park in Aldi, it is limited to 90 minutes.

Cancellation Policy
All of our classes have a 24 hour cancellation policy.  You can rearrange your class with at least 24 hours notice on our booking system. Less than 24 hours notice and you will not be able to reschedule the class and lose the fee.
